Re: Question on "Most Wanted" Iraq deck of cards

I saw the set on eBay and considered until I noticed so many of them going for around $40 a deck. Then I saw a link somewhere here on TCB that mentioned the department of defence site. I went there to look and got a pop up ad somewhere along the line for the deck of cards. I can't remember what the URL for it was but I think it was a flag company. Anyways I ordered a few sets from them. I was told upon ordering that due to demand the cards would not be shipped for 10 days. I am expecting them sometime by the end of this week or first part of next week. The deal I got was 5.95 a deck or 19.95 for 4 decks, or something like that. I went for the 4 decks. I also picked up 2 posters which were about 19 something. ea. The poster was simply a flat printing of the cards and one common back.

From looking at the defence site it showed all the cards in a continuous scroll. If you print it out you get 2 cards per page and the only one that gets broken between 2 pages was Saddam. At least that was how it came up on my computer. There were only 52 most wanted individuals. 2 Jokers that contained one card that discribed the form that Iraqi names take, how they are created and the significance of each name in a persons identity. The second Joker contained a list of Iraqi military rank, a discription, I think, and the hierarchy. The 55th card would be the common back for the deck which is a cammoflage design. After placing my order I heard about how people were just printing out the deck off line and cutting them into decks. I hope I don't get burned by this. The ad said they were the same cards from the same manufacturer so I hope it is correct.
