Why is it when we find the people selling scams, they have "private" auctions so buyers can't be warned? eBay might find this useful for Adult materials or something where the _buyer_ doesn't want to be identified, but some sellers use this to hide from illegal or pure rip-offs.

I would think that this auction is illegal under MLM, pyramid or other scams on eBay?
