Does anyone on this BB think any big business would donate cash to every yahoo that walks in and asks for it? Do you really think they would allow local managers to hand out cash? If they did, we would all be in line asking for money instead of running bake sales.
Most big busness's donate plenty to charities but there are procedures that have to be followed to get it.
That said: I have never been in a Target store but would if they have something I wanted.

Most of these things get passed around the internet to satisfy a vendetta by someone.
