Jane; There are several casinos in and around Nawlins. The best, by far, is Harrah's, located downtown near the French Quarter and the Riverwalk. The others are close by, but require driving to get there. If you feel like driving to Avery Island, where they make Tabasco Sauce, there is a casino not far from there. It's the only one from which I have no chips, so, if you're going to be at the Convention in June, pick me up 5 of them ($1) and I'll see you at the Convention.
