This isn't a case of her doing something inappropriate at a certian place. This is her refusing to be forced to do something. If she were to burn a flag on the court, she should be kicked off the team -- the court is not a place for political portest. This however, is a case of her refusing to be ordered to show respect in a certain way. Her refusal to be controlled is different than making an affirmative inappropriate act.
