Re: Is a "Day Cruise" different than a "Riverboat"

It is to me and the difference is that a day cruise has to get to international waters 12 miles out before the gambling can begin. A river boat used to have to be capable of cruising and by law had to, if weather permitted. I think most states have eliminated that requirement now and most riverboats just stay docked.
