I've seen the debate on the Board about reusing stamps off letters that were not cancelled by the Post Office. What do you do in this case? I received the scanned packsge today from Neal Silverman which contained 25 chips for a trade. As you can see, not only is there NO postage on this package but also NO cancellation of any kind by the P.O. How did this package of considerable size and weight go completely thru the US Postal system unstamped and uncancelled? Should I tell Neal to go to his P.O. and pay them for this oversight.?(VBG) WHAT DO YOU THINK??? P.S. THERE IS NOTHING ON THE BACK OF THE PACKAGE EITHER.
