Bob- THat's what I keep telling my wife. She thought offer + acceptance would be it. When she realized all we had to go ... let's just say she burst into tears. It's tough. We will always be New Yorkers (by choice), and home ownership is a strange concept. Once we get those keys HMMMMMMMM Lets just say it will be a hell of a party, with booze, and strippers, and a lot of illegal stuff, and I HOPE TO GOD friends like you.
