There have been over fifteen people killed in illegal street racing related accidents is San Diego this year. People getting killed do not effect what these Morons are doing. It is so bad that the city council has tried passing a law that would fine spectators in an attempt to stop it. The way I see it if they catch someone racing they should take the car and compact it into a bale of steel at the junk yard and drop it off in the kids parents driveway.
