Drag racing is done on a drag strip with safety the number one priority.

Street racing or illegal speed contests are done with no concern for safety whatsoever.

Please don't link the idiots who endanger children on city streets with people who race within the safety conscious controlled atmosphere of a drag strip.

...and by all means, confront this person. If he thinks he has a badass hotrod, he can take it to The Strip and prove it.
