I'm a techie, and I agree that jdbgmgr is a system file, but it doesn't mean that Travis didn't have a virus. Maybe his techies located something else and there was just a lack of communication. Bugbear on the other hand is a virus and can be very malicious by opening security holes and disabling virus protection software, and the mass sending of email can hault your system (and make you look bad).
