I would also say it was way after the 1960's. Harrah's put out the PMSC's in the early 1970's and they did not have location. I believe it was in the 80's like Gene said. I remember when the Mirage was about to open and Steve Wynn did not want to put a location on the chips because he said the place would be world famous, gaming said no to Wynn.
