Rent a car. Way easier to get to all of those out of the way casinos. Unless you have lots of time to take numerous shuttles (if they exist) a car would be way quicker. And probably would cost less than 1/4 of the cab fare. If you are not familiar with Las Vegas, Fiesta Rancho is probably 10-15 miles from the strip and Green Valley is also 10 miles away but in the opposite direction. Rent a car.
