If in fact there is a different case (I'm not doubting Andy -- Just noting that Warwick didn't mention that) that will probably protect the secondary market value of the original sets at least to some degree . . . However I would imagine it would be easier to counterfeit the CD Artwork then to counterfeit the chips and that may be a problem.

If the chips are noticeably different that too make a huge difference.
