The question hit hime when (as a person who doesn't collect roulettes) I was wasting time playing 10-cent roulette at the Klondike (Sunset this time, waiting for a band to finish at the Castle). I'm thinking "Darn, these chips are worth at last the 10-cents I kicked in for them, but am I alowed to take them? I doubt it.
