Something similar happened to my wife recently. Her friend opened opened an email from her and inside was a porn picture. Her friend was shocked and called her to ask why. Carol had no virus, but obviously someone who had both people in their address book did.

Of course, I'm the IT Administrator at our house and even though I couldn't have prevented it, I caught hell for a couple weeks until I could finally get my wife to understand how such a thing could happen!
