there are some of us not so dumb who get caught; my Norton Anti-Virus ran out but when I attempted to renew it, got caught in some kind of snafu when my computer crashed and I lost my renewal post. Ultimately, I got renewed but there was a three day period where I was unprotected. Further, according to my University gurus there are some anti protection software programs that are being sold that do not provide full protection. So not only idiots are to blame. Peace.
