I'm afraid that just removing your name from peoples address book will not help in this instance. This virus also searches the internet cache on your computer and pulls emails from that. It is a really tough one to fight.

I'm afraid the easy life is over. Everyone who uses a computer online simply MUST get anti-virus software and use it. Not only to protect your own computer, but to protect other people as well.

Of course, there is one bright side here. On the 13th of every odd numbered month that virus will crash the computer on which it resides, so we may get a little relief in about 35 days.
