...in California, the only "public" building you can smoke in is a casino! I'm speaking of Indian casinos....don't know about card rooms but I'm guessing you can't smoke in them...we like to put all of our degenerates under one roof...funny thing is, you can't gamble and drink alcohol....they need to raise the legal age for gambling to 21 instead of 18! Then we'll be able to run wild....

Nothing better than a bunch of knuckle-heads legislating morality....

P.S. A legal question for you Jim.....how can the casino be forced to pay income tax on the money they WOULD have made during the period their license was suspended? That's legal???!!
