Does Bill "own" the artwork (since he owned the magazine) or does Eric Johnson, the graphic artist who created the image? Eric was an employee of Gaming Times but ultimately he was the one sitting in front of the computer when the image was made.

BTW, Eric was also the designer of the "Cheques in the Mail, Inc." logo too.
