I am reading this thread with great interest. So far some of the posts express similar feelings that I have. My constructive, I hope, opinions is this. I do have a couple chips that a friend brought back when he was out there in December. I didn't get there when I was there in June but hope to make it a point to go next time in Vegas. I have seen many chips from The Palms that do interest me. I like the logo and think it has a lot of potential in chip designs. It is nice and colorful and attractive. I have though seen a few chips that, while not bad, just didn't register with me. Pink(?) was a little foriegn to me. I guess I am an old F@rt. Who is Pink? I am 41 and it surprises me that so many collectors, who may even be much older than me, go nuts over some of this stuff. Maybe I just need to get out more. Also there are a couple of others that maybe I am not hip enough to appreciate. I really like the chip that Gene just posted. What the heck is Stuff though? I look forward to collecting more but, like with any casino, figure there will be some that I will have to have and others that I could care less about. I also am one that believes that it doesn't matter what casino a chip came from if it is attractive and has some meaning to me. That is except for the main emphasis that I have on Las Vegas. Although, as I see more and more nice chips out there I am thinking of expanding a bit.
