Look at the "My Ebay" at the top of Ebays home page. It will list any items you place for sale within 1 minute. I just posted two items and they are both there. It does take longer for them to appear in the searchable database. I've seen it take 3 hours. I've had one item up about an hour and it does not come up by a key word search.
