I'm not sure what you are trying to infer by having posted my name in the heading of your post.

My defending him or not has nothing to do with this issue.

Yesterday when I found out about this debacle, I sent 2 e-mails, both of them to prominent members of the club. In one I described my position on this release, in the other I asked for direct information to see if Todd was directly linked to this.

In both of them I said that I would join the condemnation of this action if true.

I can not deny that he appears to hold the smoking gun.
I also can not deny that there has been a previous track record of these short releases following him.
I CONDEMN the short release of this issue.
The same also applies to Todd if he is responsible.

At this point I have yet to secure a chip for myself. You might recall that I was NOT there for the release nor did I even have knowledge of a $25 chip.

Archie has posted that he has not been able to secure the chips he needs for his new issue service. To Archie, this is both a hobby and a business. I'm not sure what this is to others.

I would be intereseted if you or anyone else can point out 1 transaction that I have ever had for profit. I don't sell on ebay [icemannyc] I don't operate a new issue service. I am one of those few people that is called a collector.

Being that this is supposed to be a HOBBY and that you, your wife and many others hobbyists [sic] were able to go through the line 4 or five times, I'm waiting for the e-mails to start pouring in as to who will offer me a chip at face.

I can see people complaining that they weren't able to get a chip [ME]
I can see people complaining that they didn't know. I can NOT see people complaining that they didn't get enough chips to enrich themselves.

The fact remains that TODD is a FRIEND of mine. I don't approve of this action but there is a difference between friendship and business.
This is a business for the casino it also appears to be a business for many that pose to be collectors.
