There's nothing wrong with collecting regular rack chips Craig. Many collectors only collect the regular issues. If that's what gives you pleasure in this hobby, who can knock it! That's great!!

Unfortunately, we Atlantic City collectors don't get the opportunity to add too many regular issues to our collections since there are only 12 casinos in A.C. and it's not too often that a new regular issue chip makes an appearance here... in fact, it's not all that often that we even get an LE issued. There was NOTHING issued during the month of June in A.C with the exception of an long-awaited A.C. Surf chip at the very end of the month .... and we were all looking forward and were grateful for the 4th of July issues to make their appearance. However, no one that I know of was prepared for the blindside hit we took with the 100 only issue at Trump Marina.

The problem is that we should have seen this coming after the abuses that were heaped upon Las Vegas collectors and new issues dealers experienced from this one-man-wrecking-crew who now decides chip policy at Trump Marina. We're now stuck with him ... just like the Vegas collectors were experiencing only a relatively short time ago.

To keep quiet about this matter will only encourage him to do the same thing again, and again, and again. Maybe he should not be in the position he holds? Perhaps his boss, "The Donald", can find something else for him to do that is much simpler a task?
