• (1) The notice and registration for the convention should be a separate, short mailing.
  
• (2) Registration via the web and payment via credit card or PayPal would be helpful.
• (3) Make arrangements for late registrants. Charge more if you want, but don't exclude people. Most professional conferences I attend have a fee for early registration and a higher fee for late registration, but you still get to attend.
• (4) Notices about membership renewal would be more effective if we could pay via PayPal or if we could give a credit card for automatic renewal.

You can already do number 4 from your list on the Club Web site. Number 2 will also be available there next year from what I heard at the Convention. I don't see the need for number 1 when we already mail out the Club Magazine with the information. I don't quite understand number 3..........Are you saying to get into the Banquet? If so, there is only so much room & once it fills up that is it. I did hear that they are trying to get a little more room for next year. Andy - Las Vegas
