This was my first convention to attend and I have the following comments that are intended to be contstructive:

1) The notice and registration for the convention should be a separate, short mailing.
2) Registration via the web and payment via credit card or PayPal would be helpful.
3) Make arrangements for late registrants. Charge more if you want, but don't exclude people. Most professional conferences I attend have a fee for early registration and a higher fee for late registration, but you still get to attend.
4) Notices about membership renewal would be more effective if we could pay via PayPal or if we could give a credit card for automatic renewal.

This was my first conference and I had a good time. Thanks to those who volunteered.
