they also list that it uses frams and says that "your browser doesnt support frames. It even says that for me...and of course my browser does. I added the META description and keyterms...and even changed the title. the keywords have worked because i did a search for various things in the keywords and my site came up each time. I just dont want the search engines to tell people that the site uses frames and it wont work on their browser!

I think alot of ppl will read that and just go right past it.
