I've been using "Mailwasher" for a couple of months and LOVE IT. It has cut my spam considerably. It is a shareware program that you can download at www.mailwasher.net

Mailwasher gives you the option of "bouncing" spam from your server, signaling to the spammer that your email address isn't valid. I got a lovely email from ListServe (or something similar) last week telling me that my emails had been bouncing, and this was a test to see if my address was valid. I BOUNCED IT...so I should be getting less spam, now.
