I have not read all the posts and really don't plan on it. Bill purchased our group of 111 different Nevada chips that we sell each week on ebay. We show a closeup of 30 chips and a pile of others. We have sold the group each week for 3 plus years. The 30 plus chips in the closeup we have pulled aside and are always included with the set. The 70 chips in the pile sometimes does vary a chip or two,more out of lazyness on my part, in the pile there was a last issue DI chip sticking out of pile of the 111 chips that was not sent with the set. We sell this chip for $2 at the shows in out $1 chip junk boxes.It a chip we have a couple 1000 of in storage, Bill email me and asked about the chip I offered to send the chip. My return email to him was within hours of his request. I never hear back from him regarding this? Also he asking about self-isurance in his post, if you read the ebay listing, the number is above, the last line in the listing says "shipping is $8.00, this is for 111 chips now, PLUS INSURANCE" very clearly. This is the only lot of the 100+ a week we list on ebay that we ask the customer to purchase insurance. We do this because most of the chips are cash. We have learned from doing 5000+ lots a year, that we don't want fight with the post office when we have a claim. It's just to hard to collect from them and my time is worth more the 3-4 trips it takes to collect. We guarantee delevery on all orders, even those that don't buy insuance. We feel our respondabilty doesn't end until the purchaser has the chip/s. Just last month, I can supply the name, we replaced a $300 order to a buyer who didn't buy insurance. I was not happy about doing this but it was my problem not his, he paid good money for some chips and didn't receive them. I REPLACED THEM. Mike
