Since I am more concerned with price than quality I get mine from a dealer at the local flea market. I pay about $6 for a 5" or 6" binder and while they don't last forever it sure beats $26 each at Officemax. When I first started collecting I got lots of binders at the local recycle center for the city of Knoxville. They had a store set up and sold things that were surplus to various companies in the area. They charged something like $.50 per pound and somehow ended up with 200,000 3 ring binders. I bought every 4, 5 and 6 inch binder that they had and used them all to store my collection. Works for me.
