That sounds reasonable, Kevin. If I am not mistaken, there has been an article published by a club member on this subject already. There are also security features that show up under black light, put in at manufacturing, that can be seen under the black light. Your question is a good one though... surely no one would try to "fake" a watermark or the like without having an intent to deceive.
