That's kind of the way it's done in the state of Kansas. Our legislature reformed workmen's
comp 8 years ago, which needed to be done, unfortunately they took it a little to far. If you have the misfortune to have a career ending injury due to a work place injury, you are doomed to a life of living off of public assistance.

Resident's of the fine State of Nevada, if the powers that be start reforming your workmen's comp., you better keep an eye on them.
