Allan,
Bravo, you nailed this one.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, freedom of speech allows for both negative and positive opinions. People are allowed to voice their opinions in the hope that others will consider their point of view and take some action on their behalf. If individuals really wanted to change things that they thought were unfair, they would put in some effort to make it happen, rather than just shoot off their mouths.
I would venture to say that in this case it would not be possible for anybody to get enough support to prohibit dealer to dealer trades before the doors open. And truth of it is that it really just a "grass is greener" situation. Yes dealers have the opportunity to trade before the public gets in. But very little of that goes on. The dealers are very busy setting up and most of their money is tied up in their inventory. The only time they may have some cash in their pockets to buy something is after the show is over. So it really only is a "perceived" situation by someone who is just imaging what is going on.
Now I'm no country boy, but I agree with you, "is this guy for real?"
