it should be the casinos who should not stand for the return of a defaced chip. they are to profit for the issue of chips. if they are defaced they stand to lose big time. we can do nothing but the casino can. it is up to them to stop this practice. or at least slow it down. if some one buys a big bunch of chips and can not return them them he will be forced to quit. or at least slow down.
