That seems to be a bit severe. The ommission of a detailed description is deceiving but is it intentional? I think most sellers are either lazy or forget this important notation. I don't believe that most are trying to fool or decieve you. Ebay notes "caveat emptor" as a warning that all may not be as described...It is really up to you to get the facts before bidding. If they are not forthcoming and you are disatisfied with the response, or lack of, don't bid and let the seller know your feelings.
