It is most aggravating when looking at E-bay chips

When you find a chip you are interested in and the seller hasn't described the condition of the chip. I can understand the one-time listers. Those that normally don't deal in chips but many of these listings are by established chip dealers. One of those "established" dealers stated, when I inquired, that "ALL" my chips are Mint, as if I was supposed to know that. I think that regardless of the terminology used to describe your chips that every chip should be described completely. One experienced chip dealer states in his ad that "what you see, is what you get". Well, that's fine. At least he is sending a warning that, I as the buyer should beware (my decision here was not to bid on his auctions). Others are just hoping to catch some unsuspecting buyer unaware. Sellers that continually do this are IMO bad for the hobby. A new collector will be turned off real fast when he receives a chip he assumed to be mint and it's not. Thanks for letting me vent a little.
