You won't find "uncirculated" in Webster's, either

(just as you noted unmarred is not found) but we all know what the term means. grin

Webster even refers to mint condition as "a freshly minted postage stamp in 'mint' condition.

I feel if the term is generally accepted while describing condition... it's fine to use while describing gambling chips if one chooses to do so. grin
