Pete speaking of Prodigy have you had....
In Response To: Prodigy Notice ()

Any problems logging back on to Prodigy after suddenly getting disconnected or after you may inadvertently have hit the Disconnect button instead of the Stay Online button after you close your browser? In my case this has become a real serious problem because I'll get disconnected and won't be able to get back online for upwards of a couple of hours to a worst case senario a couple of days (which did happen a couple of months ago).

Calling Prodigy technicial support is no help either because some of these technical support guys sound like they fell off the dumbass tree! I told them what the problem was and even did 10 minutes of checking every setting on my computer but I knew that it wasn't the computer because at the time I had two computers, One with Windows 95 and the other with Windows 98 which I used both to access the Internet and neither were able to connect to Prodigy and even having me elevated to the next level technicial support didn't help because these guys would call me three times in a 30 minute period instead of calling me one every of couple of hours like they were suppose to.

I have already planned to drop Prodigy come March 31st and go with either a cable service or a DSL because all in all I've had it with dial up services.
