Of course the Club Code of Ethics applies to club members. And I don't believe that it only applies to member to member transactions. If either party is a member the code of ethics applies to that party. Obviously if the seller isn't a member our code of ethics doesn't apply to him.

This is why I encourage members who sell on Ebay to include their membership information in their auctions, with a choice between buying a chip from a member and a nonmember all other things being equal I will always choose the member.
