I'm looking for opinions here since this thread has to do with an item that someone wishes to return. I'm guessing that on ebay, it's "buyer beware" BUT as a CC>CC member, it's in the code of ethics that both parties must be happy with the transaction made within a certain amount of time or the transaction can be cancelled. Does the club's "code" cover ebay transactions between members?? If not, should it??
