Mr. Scott,

As a former coin collector, I agree that slabbing provides some value to some coin collectors. As a chip collector, I have not found even one collector who finds any value in slabbing casino chips.

The slabbing company has refused to cooperate with chip collectors, leaving us with many unanswered questions. Among them are:

o Who grades and authenticates casino chips?
o What grading standard is used?
o What grading and authentication guarantees are provided?

Without answers to these questions, any money spent on slabbing is total wasted. Any why would anyone want to do business with someone is uncooperative?

Now add in all the abuses that come with slabbing and I can't see why anyone would want to have their casino chips slabbed.

I believe that you fighting a losing battle, there is not enough demand for chip slabbing to continue as an on-going concern economically. As far as I am concerned, slabbing casino chips is a dead issue. Something that never even got up off the ground. Mr. Scott I welcome you into the hobby as soon as you liberate your casino chips from their plastic coffins.
