The roulettes that we are writing about look like generic chips; the only hot stamp is "ROULETTE C", however the rims are embossed with "CAESARS PALACE" and 2 Roman columns between the words. I just happen to have the die mold for the chip from the Burt Co. My response that the H.C.E mold was the first issue was because "The Official" book by C-W has them listed as such. I'm wondering if the "Roulette A, B or C" are the chips that you see on the postcard.
