The scan did not come thru, Jerry. Do yours have "Caesars Palace" embossed on the rim? I have never seen "Caesars Palace" on a Tahoe chip. They have either "Caesars", "Caesars Tahoe" or "Caesars Lake Tahoe."
I got the 6 rouls, N4803-N4808 in 1994 from someone with the initials of "DR" who said the chips were made in 1966. Caesars Tahoe did not open until 1980. DR is probably Dean Richmond. Caesars Palace, LV, opened in 1966 but supposedly used H.C.E. rouls as their first wheel chips.
We all would like to know for sure where these were used. How can we find out?
