Hi Bill,

Here's yet another term to throw into the mix. Pictured below is a Bronco Billy's $1 choken. They look just like a casino chip but are made of metal, and are the same size and weight as a $1 slot token. The graphics on the choken are enameled onto the surface. A few Colorado casinos tried using these during the early years of Colorado limited gaming. They had a tendency to jam in the slots, and the cage people hated them. They were too slippery, difficult to stack for counting purposes and would frequently end up on the cage floor.

There are other examples of chokens made for a couple Nevada casinos too, but they never really caught on.
