I would assume that there are still shuttle buses between LV and Laughlin. As I recall you pay $5 when you sign up for the trip and then get the $5 back when you actually get on the bus. Simply fail to get on the return trip. How you get BACK to LV the next day is anyones guess. Maybe they would allow you to return on the bus the next day as long as that bus is not full.
