Re: The Ethics of Buying and Selling Chips

To furnish requested advice to the best of my ability and knowledge, and not to take advantage of superior knowledge on my part to the disadvantage of a less knowledgeable collector.
I find it interesting that the code of ethics seems to emphasize ethical behavior when dealing with a collector. I guess as long as the person conducting the yard sale is not a collector I can offer $1 instead of paying the $5 that was marked on the $250 chip and still look at myself in the mirror.
Oversight or loophole?
