Larry has articulated WHAT I THINK to be the most accurate definition of obsolete - BASED ON IT'S TRUE MEANING when applied to "things with monetary" value.

My issue is NOT about the chip being redeemable... but can it be put into play?
Larry commented a while back that if the casino redeems the chip - but then destroys it - or it disappears forever - this could be applied to "absolete-ness" (Did I make that word up?? vbg )

Ok - I have to go do my mile so I don't wind up posting from some local medical facility myself...
