A.O.L is a real piece of work when yua want to cancel them. Look on your statement and call thier 1-800 number . Its the only way I could get a responce. I finnally cancelled mine but they were hard to convince that I was serious. BTW I was able to remove the icons but have yet been able to delete thier program from my computer. Thier trick is all you have to do is double click on thier icon and it automatically reinstates your sevice...LOL Good Luck!!!!!!
