Huh? Email comes back as undeliverable when sent to an invalid email address. By not using the "remove" option early on and every time, not only has your email address been confirmed as live, it will often be sold. More than once. Same thing with dedicated fax phone numbers. The sender receives a transmission completed notification when the fax is received on a live line.
