They are sometimes called straw chips because, quite frankly, it looks like 4 pieces of straw.

USPC made these chips. Each order received a unique combination of font style, straw color and inlay color. Therefore the chips you show were only used in one place (in this case, the Balinese Room, Galveston, TX)
